Refund policy
Rejected submissions
If TopVC cannot verify a paid submission or decides it does not meet the listing rules, the payment is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Approved placements
Payments are generally final once a listing is approved and published because the paid placement begins immediately. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Contact wearetopvc@gmail.com with the fund website and Stripe receipt. Verified duplicate charges or processing errors will be corrected.
Timing
Stripe sends approved refunds to the original payment method. The bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
